Blog Post: Bagel N' Blog for Employers is going Virtual!

I have had so many wonderful blog training sessions lately with local employers over the telephone, where the employer could be in front of their computer. This got me thinking about our monthly training sessions and I decided to make it a conference call with a Go To Meeting link so all who participate can see my computer screen and follow along and learn to blog.  Go to Meetings are great.  If you have not experienced one yet you will need to download the software that takes a quick 2-3 minutes to do.  In my experience those who physically post a blog are the ones who do it again and again. I enjoy training others on how to write effective blogs as it is always fun to change people's tones from grammatically correct to conversational and sometimes funny! Blogging is truly a phenomenal way to share your thoughts and feelings with a community of job seekers who want and need to hear and read positive thoughts. I see this as a great opportunity to consistently share your employment brand even if you are not currently recruiting. There is no bigger mistake in the game of recruitment than to fall completely off the radar. Blogging is an incredible no cost, huge ROI, way to stay in front of local job seekers all the while sharing your wisdom and industry knowledge.
