Participants will learn the importance of a strategic business plan and its various components, some of which are the company’s overview, vision, mission statement, goals and objectives. Participants will also receive hands on instruction and practical information as to what documents, certifications and licenses are needed to make their businesses successful. Occupational licenses, certifications, and proof of professional standing are topics covered for running their business.
