Profile: Jaguar Ceviche Spoon Bar and Latam Grill

Jaguar Ceviche Spoon Bar and Latam Grill was inspired be the unique and diverse foods found in Latin America. From exciting ceviches served in large white ceramic spoons to succulent meats paired with distinctive Latin salsas, all surrounded by soft burgundy and yellow ceilings and walls, painted with natural flower pigments from Oaxaca and extraordinary paintings by artist Dionisio Ceballos, whose reproductions were showcase in the film “Frida”.

We wanted to bring to Miami dishes that reflect the many tastes one can experience while traveling in Latin America, exhibiting the eclectic nature.
