Standing for Assets, Capital, Community, Education, Savings and Success, ACCESS Miami is the next phase of the City of Miami Mayor’s Anti Poverty Initiative launched in 2001. The initiative unites City resources with similar resources available in the public, private, and non-profit sectors, to offer tools and education that enable City residents to improve their quality of life.
