We refer to our concept as Recruiting in Reverse. We are a career campaign management firm that just happens to be in the executive search business. We specialize in assisting talented candidates connect with top-shelf employers. We do this by employing campaign management strategies that we have developed and honed over the last 9 years. We literally wrote the book on Career Campaigning. We started out in the Outplacement world. We learned that even the most qualified candidates fell flat on their face when it came to marketing themselves. We knew that there had to be a better way. We saw the light. We became executive recruiters but with a unique and different approach to the market. Basically, we become the marketing/PR firm for talented candidates we represent.
