Job: Purchasing Assistant

We are currently seeking a Purchasing Assistant!

We have one of the largest inventories in the southeast and this enables us to put the product in our customer's hands when they need it!

Job Duties:

Processing special order shipments

Input and audit of all receiving documents

Verify and record vendor shipping confirmations

Billing special orders and drop ships for 6 locations

Handling salesman concerns

Work directly with vendors to ensure excellent customer service

Job Skills and Requirements:

Must have computer experience

Must have 1 year experience

Must be able to work under extreme pressure, and multi-task

Must be able to analyze and resolve issues
