Job: Protective Service Specialist

Job Summary:

This highly visible position provides protective services to patients, visitors and Associates as well as Holy Cross property.

Investigates reported security concerns and implements necessary steps to eliminate.

Proactively identifies security issues and addresses them appropriately.

Assists other members of the team by intervening and resolving tense situations with customers in a respectful and professional manner.

Provides the highest level of customer service at all times.

This is a full time position on week and weekend shift with benefits. Also per diem opportunities available.

Successful military, EMT, paramedic, law enforcement or allied health experience required.

Bachelor’s degree in Allied Health, Social Sciences, Business or related field preferred.

CPR, AED, and completion of Management of Aggressive Behavior as evidenced by passing score after hiring

Good computer skills and written and oral communication skills.

License D required or obtained within 6 months of hire.
