Job duties includes providing individual and family counseling of 20-22 families, case-management and direct linkage to appropriate outside referrals, assessment of family needs and ability to assist families with resources. Responsible for co-facilitating parent meetings and youth life-skills groups 2x per month in evenings, home visits weekly per family, school visits bi-weekly per youth client. Position requires assisting in planning a quarterly retreat for families and facilitating activities. Hours are flexible based on meeting family needs and their schedules-hours include mornings, evenings and occasional weekends. Must be highly organized with the ability to manage 20-22 families in regards to documentation-progress notes, intake/assessments, group notes, quarterly reports and outcome reporting.

Experience working with youth and families in school and home visiting setting. Master's degree required. Must be bi-lingual Spanish in order to provide therapy in Spanish to/with families. Experience working with youth and families in an in-home setting preferred. Must have personal vehicle assessable during work hours to perform school, home and community visits to meet with clients/families. Must be able to work a variety of hours including early morning, late evenings and weekends on an on-going basis.
