**PLEASE NOTE: THIS POSITION WILL BE LOCATED IN THE NEW RETAIL CENTER IN MIAMI-DADE COUNTY AND REQUIRES APPLICANTS TO BE BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH/SPANISH**
Job duties include but are not limited to the following: - Manage all aspects and functions in the new FloridaBlue Retail Center to ensure that customers experience meaningful, informative, supportive in-center encounters that result in high customer satisfaction. - Manage operations of the Retail Center to meet or exceed all performance goals related to sales, service, care/wellness support, traffic, customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Manage the physical site and facilities to ensure the property is maintained. - Develop and execute tactical marketing plans to generate traffic, support membership, and create positive brand awareness within specific budget. - Track, analyze and report on Retail Center performance, working closely with corporate staff and leaders to take corrective actions as needed to achieve performance goals. - Create a work environment that supports and encourages creativity, customer commitment, teamwork, enthusiasm and person growth for the professional staff of 12-14 employees. - Work closely with marketing and local leadership to promote the company brand, build customer relationships and loyalty and support achievement of business objectives in the region. - Participate in community activities and in local organizations. Skills / Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. - Minimum of 6 years related work experience including at least three years managing cross-functional teams to achieve operational results. - Demonstrated Strategic Leadership and Planning. - Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and develop a high performance team of professionals. - Proficient in both Spanish and English as demonstrated by successful performance on job related language assessments. - Experience in retail marketing, direct to consumer marketing, and/or marketing practices. - Work flexible retail work hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays. - Effective verbal and written communications skills. - Experience using MS Word, MS Excel, Internet and web-based tools. - Occasional travel with overnight stays. - State of Florida 2-15 Health, Life and Annuities License (or obtain within 60 days of employment). Business specific Criteria (preferred skills): - Master's Degree. - Experience in insurance industry, physician's office, hospital or other position in health care industry. - Experience in store/retail management.
