Job: Admissions Representatives

ATI Career Training is accepting applications for the position of Admissions Representative.
An Admissions Representative facilitates admissions recruitment and the registration processes
for the school. This position requires heavy outbound call volume to prospective students,
appointment scheduling, and handling of telephone, mail-in, walk-in, and internet-based
leads. Admissions representatives conduct interviews using a proprietary Graduate Based Sales
System

Success in this position requires a person to continually drive top performance through
competitive disciplined execution of the following:

Execute high volume of outbound phone calls
Receive inbound calls from prospects
Follow-up on leads and set appointments
Complete interview process with each prospective student using standardized, Graduate Based
system approach
Discover prospect needs and overcome objections
Lock-down prospect for commitment
Post-close student and review information
Ask student for referrals and maintain personally-developed leads
Follow-up regularly with student until start of classes
Attend sales training, motivational activities and professional development activities
Evaluate daily activity against standards and personal sales goals

Have experience in sales while demonstrating excellent communication and presentation
