NURADM - Admin Supervisor/Nurs, Nursing Administration -This position is responsible for continuity of patient flow operations within the facility by overseeing all admissions, discharges, and transfers activity while monitoring capacity both currently and prospectively for increased efficiency of patient flow throughout the hospital. Responsible for facilitating continuous throughput of patients from all points of entry by utilizing effect verbal communication, swift clincial decision making, and deploymemnt of ancillary services. The person will serve as the Bed Access Coordinator serving the role of a liason between all clinical and non-clinical departments. Is responsible for the operations of the Discharge Lounge.

Must have current Florida State License, Current BLS and ACLS certification required. Minimum of three years experience as a staff nurse, management or supervisory experience preferred. Utilization Review exp. desirable. Must have telemetry, critical care, emergency room or advance clinical expertise. Exellent communication and organizational skills necessary.
