Job: FITNESS TRAINER PROGRAM CONSULTANT (TEMPORARY)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The primary responsibility of the Consultant will be to provide an overall academic leadership in the development of a Fitness Training Program curriculum to be used in an academia environment to prepare students who are seeking ACSM, NCEP or similar certification. This Consultant will create the coursework to train students to become certified fitness trainers through.

****NOTE: WE ARE NOT SEEKING A CONSULTANT TO TEACH FITNESS****

*High School Diploma or equivalent required.
*ACSM, NCEP or similar certification required.
*MUST BE EXPERIENCED IN CREATING THE COURSEWORK NEEDED TO PREPARE STUDENTS SEEKING ACSM, NCRP OR SIMILAR CERTIFICATION AS FITNESS TRAINERS.
*Experience in the practice of fitness training required.
*Organized, detail-oriented individual a must.
*Teaching experience helpful.
*Associates Degree preferred.
*Local area candidates preferred
