Jobing Description

The Surveillance Operator I is accountable to protect casino assets via CCTV, while maintaining the standards of the “See, Say, Smile” program.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers.

Responsible for planning, communicating, and implementing procedures in accordance with director.

Observe all activities of guests and employees on the casino floor, cage, and count rooms via the closed circuit television system for criminal activity and/or violation of the state gaming commission regulations and the company policies and procedures.

Videotape activities where appropriate and report observations to appropriate company and state officials.

Record surveillance activity in daily log.

Other duties as assigned.

Skills / Requirements

Maintain interpersonal working relationship among all personnel.

Oral and written communication skills.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE

A high school diploma or GED equivalent.

Valid gaming license.
