We are currently seeking a bartendar to join our prestigious team!

• Accurate, efficient mixing of beverages according to recipes and portion control.
• Cashier duties as required. Manage a bank.
• Maintenance of customer satisfaction.
• Take inventory of beer, bottled mineral water and cruvinet wine and record on proper sheets.
• Prepare juices and garnish items as needed.
• Mix beverages for guest or wait staff, utilizing beverage control systems as specified in Beverage Manual.
• Maintain proper service standards and rapport with guests.
• Complete required paperwork at end of shift.
• Leave work area clean at end of shift.
• At end of shift, inventory beer, bottled mineral water, and cruvinet wine and record on proper sheets, attach duplicates to proper inventory sheets.
• At closing, secure all liquor and bar supplies and make a storeroom requisition.
• Other duties as requested by Outlet Manager on duty.
• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned. The employee is expected to work in other areas of the hotel when needed to assist operations to perform job duties not necessarily contained in this job description.

High school degree or equivalent.

Minimum 2 year experience as a Bartender required is a similar luxury setting.

Ability to lift or/and pull up to 40 lbs.

English required.

Previous work experience in hotel

Flexible schedule

Good communication skills

Excellent customer service skills
