We are currently seeking a Slot Attendant!

The Slot Attendant is responsible for monitoring the performance of Slot Machines, activity of the slot floor, and conditions of the casino. They ensure that all Slot Machines are operable and identified for repair as necessary. They are on the Slot floor to ensure that our guests have a favorable gaming experience by providing excellent guest service. They verify and authorize jackpots at a pre-determined amount.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Provide Excellent Guest Service.
B. Ensure the safety and security of team members and guests.
C. Initiating and verifying jackpots, progressive jackpots, jackpot overrides, and accumulated credit pays.
D. Accurately completing all necessary paperwork associated with the Slot Department.
E. Performing Minor Slot Machine Repair.
F. Handling guest service and minor guest disputes.
G. Monitor Dispatch for all service related calls.
H. Provide change for our guests.
I. Ability to perform assigned duties in an interruptive environment.
J. Compliance of gaming regulations, internal controls, and gaming devices.
K. Ability to read, understand, and explain video and reel pay tables to our guests.
L. Knowledge and understanding of Slot Systems.
M. Completion of Daily Road Maps.
N. Other duties as assigned.

STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE
A. Communication abilities demonstrated by radio traffic and interaction with team members and our guests on the Slot Floor.
B. Maintaining a professional working relationship among all personnel.
C. Adherence to state gaming regulations.
D. Oral and written communication skills.
E. Willingness to assume overall responsibility relative to the condition of the assigned slot section.

EXPERIENCE
A. Two to Five years experience in gaming preferable in slots with a 2-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience.
B. Valid gaming license.
