Job: Level 2 Help Desk Technician - Bilingual English/Spanish

Level 2 - Help Desk/Technical Support

Our client is seeking a career minded individual with high energy and exceptional communication skills.

Applicants must be bilingual (must speak clear English/Spanish) and must be able to work at a fast pace both on their own and as a team.

Our associate will be trained but not a beginner.

Requirements:

The role of this position will be primarily remote access 90% of the time to our client's customers.
Must be able to set up and test servers.
Setting up networks and maintaining them.
MUST check your work before leaving the customer's site.
Must be able to set up Blackberry's.
Setting up, troubleshooting, and building computers.
Knowledge of TCPIP protocol.
Working with, configuring and updating routers.
Knowledge of UNIX Platform a plus.
Experience with MicoSoft Exchange Server and CRM a plus.

Install Outlook Exchange 2003 and 2007, check login services, and virus support.

The hours will be Monday thru Friday 9:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. with an hour for lunch.

Dress code is business casual (jeans and a polo shirt)
