Job: Case Manager

Case Manager needed for residential foster care facility in Coconut Creek. Responsibilities include coordinating and overseeing ongoing needs and services for clients in foster care. Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Sociology or a related field and one to 2 years related experience and/or training required.

Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License with a clean record, must be able to pass a drug test, and full background screening (Local Arrest Record Check, Florida Criminal Record Search, and FBI Fingerprinting).
