We have an opening for a Facilites/Property Handyman for our Southern Division. This person would assist the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor (this is not a custodial position). This person may work some projects independently or work as a team with the Facilities/Property Supervisor. There is diversification in this position with a variety of tasks. You may utilize electrical, plumbing, or carpentry skills. Our dealerships make requests for your services for their needs at our several locations. A truck is provided for you to drive from place to place in Broward County during the work hours. This is a very stable position in a very stable company of 85 years. This person needs to be able to lift heavy objects/materials

Must have a good driving record & valid driver's license
