Job: Registered Nurse- RN

Full time positions available for dedicated individuals to make independent clinical judgment while functioning as part of the FACT North team (Florida Community Treatment Program) under the supervision of the team leader.

Duties and Responsibilities include:
• Taking primary responsibility for treatment planning and is responsible for the clinical record
• Coordinating with other team members to assure that the client is receiving all appropriate services from the team, including case management, vocational assessments and vocational, social, and recreational opportunities
• Providing the medical expertise on the team to assess consumers, counsel and educate in medication management and ensure medical needs are addressed, meet basic needs and enhance quality of life.
• Evaluating new admissions in a timely manner.
• Arranging for medical care and consultations
• Serving as liaison between the health-care provider and the FACT team.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Graduation from a school of Registered Nursing, meeting the minimum standards of the Florida Board of Nursing.
• A valid RN license from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
• Experience providing direct care to psychiatrically disabled consumers.
• Valid Class "D" Florida driver license and a driving record acceptable to Bayview
• Availability and willingness to accept flexible workday and be available weekends and evenings.
