Job: Senior Business Development, Sales

Overview:
To introduce world class business issue solutions to prospects, leveraging internal resources to support the sales approach. To build strong, long lasting relationships with strategic partners and clients, managing the sales process both effectively and efficiently. To introduce and sell the full scope of M&A services and capabilities to qualified prospects within the firm's target market.

Multiple lead sources are provided by M&A.

Major Responsibilities:
Participate in Business Development Planning to prioritize opportunities and build an approach strategy into new areas that is cognizant and supportive of stated budgetary requirements and representative of the M&A brand.

Account and Business Development Planning to prioritize opportunities and build an approach strategy into prospective clients.

Generate sales through the development of senior, often "C" level, relationships in prospective client organizations.

Demonstrate an ability to engage both agents and "C" level personnel in a strategic business issue dialogue, uncovering prospective client needs, both implicit and explicit.

Be able to effectively credential Mahoney & Associates through exploration of results driven research/case studies and materials.

Skills / Requirements
7-10 Years of complex business to business sales experience with emphasis on selling sophisticated intangible services to leading corporations.

Significant successes selling to new accounts as well as expansion of existing accounts.

Track record of consistent quota attainment / overachievement
