Jobing Description

OVERVIEW:
Reporting to the Vice President, Qualified Plans, the Administrator prepares and distributes quarterly fund performance reviews to QP clients. In addition, provides full administrative support for VP and for Qualified Plans Specialist.

POSITION DUTIES:

Prepare Quarterly Fund Performance Reviews

Request, collect, research, analyze, customize, coordinate and prioritize data and tasks associated with developing these reports for the clients

Communicate with vendors to obtain necessary data for compilation of client reports and presentations

Organize and maintain the on-site central file system, off-site record retention and electronic files to be in compliance with regulatory agencies

Copy and assemble presentation/illustration/report materials as needed

Provide administrative support for Vice President & Specialist

Prepare travel itineraries and schedule travel arrangements including airfare, rental cars, hotels and driving directions

Prepare expense reports

Skills / Requirements

2 - 3 years prior experience with stock brokerage firm or QP department of consultant.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Exceptional focus, concentration and attention to detail

Ability to analyze abstract mathematical concepts

Ability to establish and maintain successful working relationships with all levels within and outside the organization

Able to maintain excellent attendance record with minimum absences

Important Notes

This single-incumbent position is key to the smooth operation of the Qualified Plans Department. The successful candidate will be self reliant and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a minimum of supervision.
