Jobing Description

BallenIsles Country Club is looking for a Dining Room Manager.

Responsible for creating work schedules for Food & Beverage staff.

Supervises staff to ensure proper service, correct appearance, cleanliness and safety of dining room areas, equipment and fixtures.

Communicates with staff by conducting daily lineups to discuss menu items and specials, upcoming and past Club events.

Inspects service areas to ensure appropriate supplies are well stocked and maintains the inventory of dining room items.

Plans facility set-up as needed for daily operations and special events based upon anticipated member/guest attendance and client needs.

Skills / Requirements

Bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year college or university, and two years of Food & Beverage management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must have strong leadership and organizational skills

Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Professional demeanor and appearance required

Country Club or similar experience preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must
