Job: Insurance Adjustor / Water, Fire, Mold Restoration Services Manager

a single shop in Columbus, Ohio to almost 300 locations coast-to-coast generating over $450
million in sales.

Currently Stanley Steemer of South Florida is looking for an experienced Insurance Adjustor to effectively and profitably drive, develop, and lead the sales and marketing of both residential and commercial water, fire and mold restoration.

The person we are seeking should have experience at one time or another in all areas of water, fire and mold restoration (but not mandatory). They must possess the drive, skills, and ability to help develop this program in all areas. Excellent communication skills from sales and presentation to written skills are a must. This person would be responsible for project quality, daily marketing to adjusters and insurance agents, training technicians, tracking all equipment, overseeing and reviewing all documents as well as collecting account receivables. This position would act as a company representative for improving the company's position, reputation and image in the community. Compensation will be paid as salary commensurate with experience as well as monthly commission on all paid department invoices.

College graduate preferred.

2 years min. experience in the field of water, fire, mold restoration, preferably management experience.
