Jobing Description

GMA Financial Group is a nationwide foreclosure prevention company specializing in financial services covering the full spectrum of clients. We offer foreclosure prevention and negotiation services to clients in financial distress.

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Verifying that documentation provided by Account Executives and Clients match the application.
Collecting all necessary documentation needed to submit loan file
Communicate with all interested parties status of the file.
Negotiate with banks for workout options
Utilize GMA Proprietary software for streamlining the process.

Skills / Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

Experience as a processor.
Must have technical experience
Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Must be able to work independently and research problems and questions as required.
All applicants are required to be AMBITIOUS!!

Other requirements include:

Some sales or transactional experience.
High degree of honesty and customer service.
Dedication to success.
Ability to work long and flexible hours.

Well presented in regards to over the phone and in person sales.

Bilingual candidates have great results being able to deal with multiple communities. Spanish, Russian, French, Haitian, Hebrew.
