Job: Entry Level Manager-In-Training

ABC Fine Wine & Spirits is offering an excellent ENTRY LEVEL, but long-term opportunity for motivated candidates who have previous retail/management experience, or, those who are looking for a career change.

Top-notch training is provided, and you are expected to complete our FAST-TRACK program successfully in 9-12 months...moving into one of our visible store manager positions!

Please note: Although we strive to accommodate location preferences, candidates must be flexible to potentially relocate to one of our other Florida store locations as a manager position becomes available

Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Directing the overall operations of the store in the absence of the store manager.

Assist customers with product knowledge, pricing and discounts.

Monitor and ensure proper levels of inventory. (Re-stock as necessary)

Interaction with external vendors

Maintain safety and cleanliness of store/work area at all times

Perform proper register and cash control procedures.

Additional financial responsibility will include reviewing Profit & Loss statement with ability to make recommendations.

Assist in merchandising plans such as display, promotions, and sales ads.

Manage employee scheduling and commissions.

Provide high level of customer service, salesmanship, and professional attitude at all times.

Other duties as necessary.

Management and Sales/Customer Service experience is a plus.

Must be able to work some nights, weekends and holidays.
