POSITION SUMMARY
To manage all inbound calls to the loan center's main switchboard in addition to assisting with general administrative duties within very strict qualitative and quantitative standards of performance while supporting directly and indirectly internal clients to meet their objectives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Managing all inbound calls to the bank’s main switchboard 2. General administrative duties 3. Assisting with the distribution and sorting of mail to include inter/intra office correspondence 4. Greet and direct guests in the main lobby Skills / Requirements
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or GED equivalent. OTHER SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS 1. Excellent customer service skills 2. The ability to multi-task 3. Proficient in MS Word and Excel 4. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from directors, managers, clients (both internal and external) and the general public. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 5. Is consistently at work and on time; Ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent. 6. Takes responsibility for own actions; Commits to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals. 7. Displays original thinking and creativity; Generates suggestions for improving work. 8. Must be accustomed to professional, business office environment in manner and dress. Must demonstrate excellent human relations skills with customers and bank associates.
