R.F. Lilly & Associates is currently looking to fill 12 full time positions in sales, marketing and customer service.

These positions are entry level, and the candidates will have full training.

At this moment, we are looking for energetic, career minded individuals to aid us with our expansion goal. These candidates will be hired as entry level marketing representatives for the Margate / Pompano Beach / Boca Raton area with rapid advancement opportunities in management. Our development program is designed to cross-train the right candidate in all aspects of business and marketing as well as in corporate communication and team leadership. The focus is to prepare them for a position as the general manager of a location, overseeing a Fortune 500 campaign and supervising a team of 20 employees.

R.F. Lilly & Associates is also looking to train 8 new entry level management trainees. With our client portfolio expanding so rapidly, R.F. Lilly & Associates is looking to train the right candidates to help run our branch offices. There is no experience necessary, paid training is available.
