Job Summary
AECOM is seeking a dynamic Client Services Manager/Project Manager in the Fort Myers area, to manage client relationships and selling of all AECOM's technical services to its clients as required to meet their needs.  In this role, you will also serve as Project Manager for one or more projects involving technical disciplines in water treatment, wastewater treatment, infrastructure, piping and pumping systems, modeling, stromwater, or planning.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related engineering discipline
  • 8+ years of experience as PE/PM executing and managing delivery of consulting engineering services for municipal and county water/wastewater/stormwater utilities
  • Meet the minimum criteria to obtain Professional Engineer registration in the State of Florida
  • Experience in the successful management of business financials for engineering and consulting contracts, specifically for municipal government agencies and clients
  • Team building experience and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with technicians, designers, engineers, project managers, and marketing specialists for the preparation of high quality work products, including proposals
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication and listening skills
  • Ability to travel 
  • Must possess a valid Driver’s license and be able to drive rental vehicles on behalf of the company


Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • 5+ years’ experience working in Collier County/Lee County area for water/wastewater/stormwater utilities
