    440, 2044 or 220 Insurance license is REQUIRED. ONLY licensed candidates will be considered.

    The CSR position requires answering 20-30 calls per day from existing clients, mortgage brokers/processors, realtors and other individuals requiring assistance. The CSR is also required to generate cross-sell leads from existing clients. The ideal candidate must be able to discuss home and auto insurance coverages, file claims with the appropriate carriers, answer clients' questions regarding their policies, endorse policies and process payments.

    Monthly bonuses are offered for leads and sales generated by the Customer Service Representative.

    Responsibilities

    440, 2044 or 220 License is required. The ideal candidate must have comprehensive knowledge of property and casualty insurance in the State of Florida. Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, technical environment is a requirement. Great phone and computer skills are necessary in this position.

    440, 2044 or 220 License and personal lines property and casualty insurance experience.
