Cross Country Staffing is off to an incredible start to the new year. As a result, we are actively seeking bright, energetic, eager and career oriented Recruiters in Training to join our existing team of professional Recruiters. If you are a recent graduate, highly motivated and have a passion for increasing your income, this opportunity is for you.
As a Recruiter in Training (RIT) you are part of a team of highly skilled recruiting professionals working on high-volume and/or hard to fill positions for Cross Country Staffing. The successful RIT will maintain an active pool of healthcare professionals who can be matched to client facilities’ needs, ultimately impacting fill rate, revenue, and profitability.

Recruiter in Training is the first step in our career path that is geared toward financial success. All new RIT team members will receive mentoring and coaching through our buddy system, classroom and On the Job Training program. As your confidence grows and your skills increase, you will be elevated through the RIT Career Path Program with increased compensation.
- High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Minimum of 1 or more years of recruitment or customer service experience required
- Social Media Experience required: LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat and other social media platforms
- Flexibility and the ability to respond quickly to changes
- Personal computer knowledge: MS Office, Excel and Outlook required
