Job Description
This position is primarily responsible for assuring proper compliance requirements are appropriately met for all new clients, and assuring that current clients continue to follow compliant business processes and practices, by following established departmental procedures.

Accountabilities: 

• Supports the onboarding and credentialing of new clients which includes ensuring clients meet all procedural and regulatory requirements.   
• Acts as a liaison to the credit bureaus for internal and external clients during onboarding and ongoing client maintenance; works with clients to bring them into compliance based on established guidelines and regulations, and alerts appropriate parties when a compliance issue requires additional resources to be solved. 
• Determines when a third party, vendor or channel partner, must be credentialed by the credit bureaus, determines appropriate level of credentialing required, and oversees the credentialing process from start to end. 
• Actively monitors accounts for changes that require additional credentialing; carries out the appropriate procedure as needed. 
• Collaborates with internal constituents (e.g., Sales) to deliver a positive client experience while acting as a counterbalance by firmly protecting the company and our clients.
• Reviews and assesses client artifacts; ultimately approves/declines these artifacts in support of clients request to regulated credit data. Makes recommendations to clients to achieve their desired marketing strategy while maintaining strictest compliance.
• Enters initial and revised pricing for all accounts and manages client access to data based on products purchased.
• Determines appropriate client and third party access to credit data in accordance with internal and external policies and regulations to ensure that data is not accessed by unauthorized parties.
• Keeps thorough notes and catalogs all client activity for posterity and future audit purposes.
• Communicates directly with clients to ensure expectations are met, proper paperwork is received and all issues have been resolved.
