HomeSafe has an exciting career opportunity for an experienced QUALITY ASSURANCE COORDINATOR in our HEALTHLY BEGINNINGS program.
Reporting to the Chief Program Officer - Prevention Services, the Quality Assurance (QA) Coordinator ensures that quality standards and procedures are met and aligned with CSC contract expectations. This individual is responsible for assisting the CPO with creating and updating Healthy Beginnings Program quality assurance policies and development of supporting processes. The QA Coordinator will also perform audit controls in order to meet Healthy Start requirements, as well as, identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of the Entry Agency program operations. This position also provides leadership, guidance, support and supervision to assigned staff.
This position is located in West Palm Beach but requires ability to drive own vehicle long and short distances throughout Palm Beach County.
A Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Services is required. Minimum one (1) year of Quality Assurance direct work experience and QA systems, regulations, guidelines, and associated standards. Must possess excellent communication skills. Highly motivated and self-directed, capable of multi-tasking, and able to work with minimal supervision. Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record.
