The Cook 3 position requires good communication skills as well as at least two years of previous line and fine dining experience. Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling. The Cook 3 works in the main Kitchen that supports SHOR Restaurant, Blue Mojito Bar, In Room Dining, and Banquets. This person may be required to give direction in the Sous Chef or Executive Chef's absence.
