Job Description

The Analyst may be required to support projects and manage cases within the HR Help Desk as well as perform testing in partnership with the IT and Security teams.

The Analyst is expected to take initiative and have the ability to prioritize and manage work while meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.

  • PC/Laptop
  • Basic system/application/data troubleshooting
  • Critical thinking and root cause analysis process
  • Advance Microsoft Office Skills, particularly in Excel
  • Strong Verbal and Writing skills

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Specialized HRIS skills which includes application configuration and system support, troubleshooting, and report/query running

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are required, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.

Candidates should have strong project leadership skills and the proven ability to prioritize work. Working knowledge of HR and Payroll business practices. Knowledge of HR applications, databases, and other reporting tools, including use of complex queries

Experience working with ADP is strongly preferred

Must be able to work in an very fast-paced office setting, and have the ability to work well as a team and independently.* Minimum 3 - 5 years prior HRIS experience. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are required, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users. Candidates should have strong project leadership skills and the proven ability to prioritize work. Working knowledge of HR and Payroll business practices. Knowledge of HR applications, databases, and other reporting tools, including use of complex queries. Must be detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy, efficiency and the ability to prioritize. Possess excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Ability to perform a myriad of duties and handle frequent interruptions and adapt to changes in workload and priorities. Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision or as a team and ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written). Must have strong organizational skills. ADP strongly preferred

  • Position requires periods of walking, bending, reaching and ability to lift 10 pounds. Must be able to sit for long periods of time in a confined space with exposure to bright lights and noise. Must be able to have dexterity to operate a PC keyboard over extended periods of time as well as interacting with employees and the public

Bachelors degree required 3-5 or more years experience in the Human Resource setting preferably in Healthcare.

This position is not a remote position. This position requires working at the on-site location and work in an office setting

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR application support (HR Systems, Time and Attendance Systems, or Reporting and Analytics) or equivalent experience
  • Previous project/process design or improvement analysis skills preferred.
  • Prefer experience/knowledge/skills in any combination of the following:
    • SQL, Business Objects (BO) and/or Crystal Reports
    • System Testing/Data Modeling Applications

REQUIRED: Proficient in MS Office; Word, Excel and Power Point. ADP and Access
