We seek a Compliance Supervisor for our operations. The Compliance Supervisor ensures contract fulfillment of insurance requirements and credentialing of sub-contractor vehicles and drivers. The Compliance Supervisor provides leadership support on the development, implementation and execution of all LogistiCare compliance program efforts that establish a culture within LogistiCare promoting adherence to relevant federal and state laws, contract standards, and LogistiCare's ethical standards. The Compliance Supervisor will facilitate communication to manage these expectations in a timely manner.


Essential Functions & Duties:

- Manages staff of Field Monitors, Compliance and Credentialing staff

- Meets weekly with staff to discuss work flow, upcoming projects, training opportunities, success stories and challenges the staff encountered that week

- Identifies process improvements and works with the CA Director of Operations to create policies and procedures to implement

- Serves as the liaison to the clients for audits and is the key person to coordinate the document retrieval from the various departments to ensure timely submitta

- Maintains daily and/or weekly report to CA Director of Operations of all staff, provider and facility issues

- Creates and reviews weekly schedule for Field Monitors

- Serves as the liaison to Client Services to ensure injury/incidents are investigated in a timely manner

- Direct input to Director of Operations on hiring/firing decisions for staff

Requirements

Education:

BA/BS degree preferred


Experience:

One to three years office experience including experience interacting with customers, problem solving and administrative support functions


Personality Skills:

-- Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Able to communicate clearly and comfortably with groups ranging from 2-12 people


Competencies:

-- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, team building, time management and timely follow through skills


Computer Skills:

-- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and Power-Point


Environmental and Working Conditions:

- 100% of work time is conducted in an office setting
