GENERAL SUMMARY

To provide data management services in the Outpatient Services and Student Assistance Programs.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

A Bachelor's Degree in Health, Human Resources, Public Health or Health Care Administration, or  Human Services field, and one year experience in medical health or behavioral healthcare settings, strong computer skills, and customer service skills.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1.0 Provides data management services in outpatient setting.
 
 
1.1 Performs FASAMS, LOCUS, CALOCUS and ASAM interviews, data entry and management.
 
 
1.2 Monitors due dates for data entry; monitors accuracy of data entry; and monitors communication with stakeholders regarding data entry.
 
 

2.0  Collaborates with clinical staff and conducts chart reviews to ensure accuracy of data entry.

 
 
3.0 Provides data analysis and timely required reports for defined stakeholders or as required by Division Director.

 

 4.0 Collaborates with IT to ensure correct data is entered into databases required by state and managing entity.
 
 
 
 5.0 Performs other duties as assigned.
