There will be a one month paid training program located in Dallas, TX. Accommodations will be provided by the company.

What you'll do:

Improve sales performance, and be responsible for the ultimate sales target in the store

Establish and maintain professional business relations with retail store personnel
Maintain compliance of store merchandizing and dig in opportunities to improve display
Provide necessary support to the stores, incl. troubleshoot and resolve challenges within the stores, such as product display issues, product defect, etc.
Create consumer awareness, product brand preference, and product mind share for OnePlus at the retail store level
Maximize sales in stores through promotional activity such as store level sales contest
Conduct in store product training, and collect and share best practice among stores
Develop promotional activities together with the stores, such as side by side selling, table day, T-Mobile truck, etc.
Select and maintain sound engagement with brand advocate
Help maintain healthy turnover rate of inventory at store level


Bachelor's Degree is required

No previous sales experience required but must have strong passion in pursuing retail sales and retail terminal management
Must be able to travel extensively in the local region
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
Eager to learn, down to earth, friendly demeanor, easy to approach, energetic, goal-oriented
Super quick learner who is self-motivated and can operate independently
Group training, demonstration and/or presentation skills
