Job Description

The incumbent in this position is responsible for the review and coordination of all Information Technology (IT) contracts as they flow between the Purchasing, Legal, Risk Management and Information Technology in order to ensure compliance with the policies that govern the Purchasing Department and the Seminole Tribe of Florida (STOF). The individual will manages the portfolio of IT contracts including renewals. They will also assist the Contracts and Legal team in the contract review process including making IT business related contract decisions. The Employee also has direct contact with suppliers/vendors during the contract review and negotiation process. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance or related field is required. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of three (3) years of related experience working as an IT contract manager or working in a similar capacity is required. An equivalent combination of education/training and experience will be considered. Proficient computer skills including expertise in the use of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat; and prior experience utilizing contract tracking systems is preferred. Lawson experience highly preferred. Must demonstrate excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Incumbent must possess a valid Florida Driver's License. Must have the ability to travel to all reservations and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
